 Φιλική επίσκεψη στον περιφερειάρχη Θεσσαλίας Κώστα Αγοραστό πραγματοποίησε ο πρώην υπουργός Πολιτισμού και βουλευτής της Νέας Δημοκρατίας κ. Κώστας Τζαβάρας. Κατά τη συνάντηση η συζήτηση των δυο ανδρών έγινε σε ιδιαίτερα θερμό κλίμα, καθώς γνωρίζονται από την εποχή που θήτευαν στα βουλευτικά έδρανα.
Μεταξύ άλλων αντάλλαξαν απόψεις και για ζητήματα της περιοχής, με τον π. υπουργό να δηλώνει ότι διατηρεί τις καλύτερες αναμνήσεις από τη συνεργασία του με τον περιφερειάρχη Θεσσαλίας, όταν ο ίδιος θήτευε στο Υπουργείο Πολιτισμού. Μάλιστα σχολίασε ότι με την επιμονή του Κώστα Αγοραστού και τη συνεργασία στελεχών του Υπουργείου, προέκυψε το νέο νομικό πλαίσιο για τα υποβρύχια μουσεία και τα καταδυτικά πάρκα.
