Eντός της εβδομάδος θα χορηγηθεί το κοινωνικό μέρισμα σε 265.000 δικαιούχους που υπέβαλαν αίτηση στη Γενική Γραμματεία Δημοσίων Εσόδων έως 30 Απριλίου, ενώ την Παρασκευή θα πιστωθεί η ενίσχυση και στους 75.000 ένστολους. Μέχρι τώρα οι αιτήσεις για το κοινωνικό μέρισμα υπερβαίνουν τις 800.000 (ακόμη και από νοικοκυριά που δεν διαθέτουν τις προϋποθέσεις για την είσπραξη του). Έτσι έχουν εγκριθεί 265.000.

Το υπουργείο Οικονομικών εξετάζει πάντως στους δικαιούχους να συμπεριληφθούν και όσοι έχουν εισοδήματα λίγο πάνω από τα 6.000 ευρώ έως και 6.500 ευρώ. Παράλληλα έχει ήδη ανακοινωθεί ότι την υποβολή των εφετινών φορολογικών δηλώσεων θα δοθεί η δυνατότητα υποβολής αιτήσεων ώστε να καταβληθεί κοινωνικό μέρισμα σε όσους έμειναν άνεργοι κατά τη διάρκεια του περασμένου έτους.
