Ενημερώνονται οι δημότες του Δήμου Καρδίτσας οτι αν δεν γνωρίζουν σε ποιο εκλογικό τμήμα ψηφίζουν , μπορούν να απευθύνονται είτε στα Δημοτολόγια του Δήμου ( Λ. Σακελλαρίου και Ιεζεκιήλ) είτε στα Κ.Ε.Π. ( Κολοκοτρώνη 8 και Κουμουνδούρου 29) τα οποία θα είναι ανοικτά τόσο την Κυριακή 18/5, όσο και το ερχόμενο Σάββατο 24/5 και Κυριακή 25/5 για την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση των δημοτών και την έκδοση πιστοποιητικών για έκδοση ταυτοτήτων.
Επίσης μπορούν να ενημερωθούν και από το διαδίκτυο μέσω της ειδικής πλατφόρμας του Υπουργείου Εσωτερικών στη διεύθυνση: http://www.ypes.gr/services/eea/eeagr/eea.htm
 συμπληρώνοντας τα στοιχεία τους (το όνομα, το επώνυμο τους, το όνομα πατρός και μητρός και το έτος γέννησης τους) χωρίς να είναι απαραίτητος ο ειδικός εκλογικός αριθμός.. Ακόμη και εάν δεν τον θυμούνται, το σύστημα θα τους ενημερώσει για το εκλογικό τμήμα που ψηφίζει ο καθένας.
