Γενική πρόσκληση προς τους 152.819 "αιώνιους" φοιτητές να επιστρέψουν στο πανεπιστήμιό τους προτίθεται να απευθύνει ο υπουργός Παιδείας Αριστείδης Μπαλτάς.

Στόχος του μάλιστα είναι, με προσωπικές συνεντεύξεις με κάθε έναν "αιώνιο" φοιτητή ξεχωριστά, να βρει όσους διαγράφηκαν αδίκως. Από την άλλη, ο κ. Μπαλτάς δεν δείχνει να ακολουθεί σε όλα τα θέματα την οδό της καθαρής ρήξης με την προηγούμενη κυβέρνηση. Μιλάει για λιγοστές μετεγγραφές, νέα μορφή Συμβουλίων στα ΑΕΙ, διάσπαση των Προτύπων Πειραματικών Σχολείων σε πρότυπα και σε πειραματικά.
