Ο Κυριάκος Μπουλούμπασης (Kiriakos GuitarPower), από την Οιχαλία Τρικάλων, κατέκτησε την πρώτη θέση σε διεθνή διαδικτυακό διαγωνισμό ηλεκτρικής κιθάρας. Ο διαγωνισμός διοργανώθηκε από την παγκοσμίου φήμης Andy James Guitar Academy του Λονδίνου και πήραν μέρος σε αυτόν 861 σολίστες απ’ όλον τον κόσμο. Οι καλλιτέχνες κλήθηκαν να συνθέσουν ένα δικό τους μουσικό κομμάτι πάνω σε ένα συγκεκριμένο backing track διάρκειας 53 δευτερολέπτων και στη συνέχεια να το αναρτήσουν σε βίντεο στην ιστοσελίδα της Andy James Guitar Academy.
Οι άλλοι νικητές του διαγωνισμού είναι ο Borja Mintegiaga  από την Ισπανία, ο οποίος ισοβάθμισε με τον Κυριάκο στην πρώτη θέση, ο Duilio Humberto από τη Βραζιλία, ο οποίος κατέλαβε τη δεύτερη θέση και ο Benjamin Ellis  από την Αγγλία, ο οποίος κατέλαβε την τρίτη θέση.
