Το Κοινωνικό Παντοπωλείο του Δήμου Καρδίτσας ευχαριστεί θερμά την  οικογένεια, τους συγγενείς και τους φίλους του εκλιπόντα συμπολίτη Πέτρου Χαρκοπλιά, για την πρωτοβουλία τους να προσφέρουν στη μνήμη του είδη πρώτης ανάγκης προς τη δομή του Δήμου που στηρίζει άπορες και οικονομικά αδύναμες οικογένειες
