Στο ιδιο σημείο ξέσπασε  τις πρώτες απογευματινές ώρες πυρκαγιά στον Δήμο Μουζακιου κατά μήκος της οδού Καρδίτσας Μουζακιου στο ΔΔ Φαναριου.Το προηγούμενο καλοκαίρι η φωτιά έκανε στάχτη 200 περίπου στρέμματα σε ημιορεινή δύσβατη περιοχή καιγοντας χαμηλη βλάστηση και πουρνάρια ενώ σημερα η φωτια εκαψε την διπλάσια έκταση.


Η Πυροσβεστική υπηρεσία του Δημου Μουζακιου σε συνεργασία με την υπηρεσία Καρδιτσας και 4 οχήματα κατάφερε να θεσει υπο έλεγχο αργά το απογευμα την φωτια ενώ εκσκαπτικα οχηματα περιορισαν την φωτια με αντιπυρικες ζωνες.Ερευνες διενεργεί η πυροσβεστική υπηρεσία.
