Με σύμμαχο το καιρό αλλά με εμφανή τις δυσκολίες που περνά οι κοινωνία της Καρδίτσας βγήκαν τελικά οι ψησταριές από γειτονιά σε γειτονιά να μας θυμίσουν την  συνδεδεμνη σχέση του Περάσματος και του μηνύματος της Ανάστασης .
Ο παραδοσιακός οβελίας ‘’γυριζει’’ από το πρωί σε γειτονιές κυρίως στα προάστια της Καρδίτσας και σε πάρκα και φυσικά γκαράζ και πρόχειρα καταλύματα υπό τον φόβο του καιρού.


Οι ρομαντικοί της παράδοσης παραμένουν στα έθιμα ξεφεύγοντας από τις ευκολίες του αυτομάτου γυρίσματος. Επέλεξαν το παραδοσιακό γύρισμα και μάλιστα με χωρίς εκπτώσεις με την παραδοσιακή
ξύλινη σούβλα.
