    Ο Εμπορικός Σύλλογος Καρδίτσας συνεδρίασε την Δευτέρα 10 Ιουνίου, και αποφάσισε ομόφωνα να εκφράσει την αμέριστη στήριξη του στις προσπάθειες του δικτύου προστασίας των Αγράφων για να μην τοποθετηθούν ανεμογεννήτριες στην περιοχή.

    Η τοποθέτηση ανεμογεννητριών θα αλλοιώσει και θα προκαλέσει ζημιά στο φυσικό περιβάλλον και τον φυσικό πλούτο της περιοχής και θα λειτουργήσει σε βάρος άλλων δραστηριοτήτων τοπικής οικονομίας, όπως ο τουρισμός.

     Από την εγκατάσταση ανεμογεννητριών δεν έχουν να κερδίσουν τίποτα οι κάτοικοι και η τοπική οικονομία, αλλά αντίθετα θα υποστούν τις περιβαλλοντικές και οικονομικές συνέπειες για τα κέρδη μιας επιδοτούμενης επένδυσης.
