Τον Χρηστο Ζερβα θα εχουν την ευκαιρια να απολαυσουν  οι φιλοι του εντεχνου στην Καρδιτσα.   ο Χρηστος Ζερβας απο το 1979  συνεργάζεται με τα πιο σπουδαία ονόματα της ελληνικής μουσικής: Μάνο Λοίζο, Θάνο Μικρούτσικο, Σταύρο Ξαρχάκο, Διονύση Σαββόπουλο, Βασίλη Παπακωνσταντίνου, Οπισθοδρομικούς, Χαρούλα Αλεξίου είναι μερικά από τα ονόματα που συνόδευσε με την κιθάρα του.
Βασικός συνεργάτης του Γιώργου Νταλάρα από το 1983 σε δίσκους και συναυλίες. 
Ο Χρήστος Ζέρβας έχει δύο δίσκους στο ενεργητικό του.
