Κοινή επίσκεψη στα ιδρύματα της πόλης μας πραγματοποίησαν το πρωί του Μ. Σαββάτου ο Δήμαρχος Καρδίτσας κ. Κων. Παπαλός και ο Αρχιερατικός Επίτροπος της Ιεράς Μητροπολης Θεσσαλιώτιδος και Φαναριοφερσάλων π. Δημ. Θεοδωρόπουλος ως εκπρόσωπος του Σεβαμιοτάτου Μητροπολίτη μας κ.κ. Κυρίλλου.
Το Δήμαρχο συνόδευαν επίσης οι Αντιδήμαρχοι κ.κ. Ουρ. Σούφλα, Φιλ. Κωτούλας και Χαρ. Παπαδημητρίου, ενώ τον Αρχιερατικό Επίτροπο ο Διάκονος της Ι.Μ.Θ.Φ. Βασίλειος Κεραμιτζής
Αρχικά επισκέφθηκαν το ΚΕΠΕΠ, όπου αντάλαξαν ευχές με το προσωπικό, τους οποίους και συνεχάρησαν για το σημαντικό κοινωνικό έργο που επιτελεί το ίδρυμα και την προσπάθεια που καταβάλλουν μαζί με την Διοικήτρια του ιδρύματος για την συνεχή αναβάθμισή του.
Ακολούθησε επίσκεψη στο Γηροκομείο της Ιεράς Μητρόπολης και ανταλλαγή ευχών για “καλή Ανάσταση” και “καλό Πάσχα”με το προσωπικό και τους ηλικιωμένους που φιλοξενούνται εκεί.
