Το δυκτιο αποτελειται απο νεους που εργαζοταν στις πενταμηνες συμβασεις και εχει εμπλουστει και απο νεους που εχουν εργασια αλλα τους ενωνει μια κοινη αγωνια.Οι 900 περιπου την ημερα της απολυσης τους δεν εμειναν απαθεις στο γεγονος της ληξης των συμβασεων τους οι πρωτοι 200 δημιουργησαν το Δυκτιο με σκοπο και στοχο την ενημερωση τους και τις επομενες δρασεις τους και ηδη ο εκπροσωπος της κινησης αυτης ανακοινωσε την πρωτη συγκεντρωση στο Εργατικο Κεντρο.
Ο Μακης Παππας στην ανακοινωση του καλει στην πρωτη συναντηση ωστε να αρχισουν να στοχοποιουνται οι πρωτες δρασεις του δυκτιου
