Ενημερώνονται οι παραγωγοί της Δημοτικής Ενότητας Κάμπου του Δήμου Καρδίτσας που ενδιαφέρονται να κάνουν χρήση των παρόχθιων παροχών ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος για το έτος 2015, οτι θα πρέπει να υποβάλουν υπεύθυνη δήλωση προς το Τμήμα Αγροτικής Παραγωγής του Δήμου στο Σταυρό μέχρι και 24/4/2015 έχοντας μαζί τους:
1. Δελτίο αστυνομικής ταυτότητας
2. Δήλωση ΟΣΔΕ 2014
3. Το κλειδί της παροχής του πίλερ
4. Δημοτική Ενημερότητα
Η προσκόμιση όλων των δικαιολογητικών είναι υποχρεωτική.
Διευκρινίζεται οτι:
- Όσοι παραγωγοί δεν υποβάλουν υπεύθυνη δήλωση, δεν θα μπορέσουν να κάνουν χρήση των παροχών ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος του Δήμου.
- Σε όσους αυθαιρετήσουν ή αποκρύψουν τη χρήση της παροχής θα επιβάλλεται πρόστιμο 500€.
