Συνεπης στο ετησιο ραντεβου ο συλλογος δρομεων καρδιτσας εκοψε και φετος παρουσια αθλητων και φιλων την πρωτοχρονιατικη πιτα του.Η εκδηλωση πραγματοποιηθηκε το σαββατο 31/1 στην ταβερνα ο χασαπης στον προδρομο.Ο προεδρος του συλλογου  βησσαριων ζησοπουλος ευχηθηκε καλη χρονια γεματη αγωνες και επιτυχιες για ολους ,επισης ζητησε απο τα μελη του να συνεχισουν και φετος με περισσοτερο παθος τους αγωνες ανα την ελλαδα ,προβαλοντας με αυτον τον τροπο και την καρδιτσα.Στην εκδηλωση παρευρεθηκε και ο προεδρος του της κοινοτητας προδρομου βαιος οικονομου εκδηλωνοντας το ενδιαφερον του για εναν αγωνα δρομου στον προδρομο.Ο προεδρος του ΣΔΚΑΡΔΙΤΣΑΣ βραβευσε τον συναθλητη του απο τα παλαια δημητρη μπαρτζιωκα που απο το 1990 και μετα συμμετεχει σε ολους τους μαραθωνιους δρομους.Για την ιστορια το φλουρι επεσε στο μικρο της παρεας ορεστη οικονομου που κερδισε αθλητικο υλικο.
