Οι ταχύτατες και συνεχείς αλλαγές στη νομοθεσία που διέπει τη λειτουργία των Ο.Τ.Α., καθιστούν επιτακτική την ανάγκη για συνεχή ενημέρωση των στελεχών τους.
 
Η Π.Ε.Δ. Θεσσαλίας, ανταποκρινόμενη στην παραπάνω ανάγκη, διοργανώνει την Τρίτη 5 Μαΐου 2015, στη Λάρισα στην αίθουσα του Περιφερειακού Συμβουλίου    ( Διοικητήριο, Παπαναστασίου και Κουμουνδούρου) και ώρα 10.00 ,  ημερίδα σε συνεργασία με τη ΔήμοςΝΕΤ με θέμα «ΡΥΘΜΙΣΗ ΟΦΕΙΛΩΝ ΜΕ ΤΟ Ν. 4321/2015 - ΔΙΑΦΟΡΑ ΘΕΜΑΤΑ ΕΣΟΔΩΝ»
 
Στην ημερίδα θα αναπτυχθούν θέματα για την ρύθμιση οφειλών του Ν.4321/2015, τα ανταποδοτικά έσοδα, τις αποφάσεις που επιβάλλουν φόρους και τέλη, την πάγια τμηματική καταβολή χρεών, τη διαγραφή χρεών και τις ευθύνες των αιρετών.
