Οι τελευταίες εξελίξεις στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση βρέθηκαν στο επίκεντρο της συζήτησης που είχε ο Υφυπουργός Εξωτερικών Κώστας Τσιάρας, με την Πρέσβη της Ουγγαρίας στην Ελλάδα ,Εστέρ Σαντόρφι, στο Υπουργείο Εξωτερικών.
 
Παράλληλα, επιβεβαιώθηκε το άριστο κλίμα των σχέσεων μεταξύ των δύο χωρών, ενώ η Πρέσβης έδειξε ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον για την προσπάθεια που καταβάλλει ο Υφυπουργός Εξωτερικών για την αναμόρφωση του Συμβουλίου Απόδημου Ελληνισμού.
