Με το άγγελμα του θανάτου του Χρήστου Τέγου, πρώην Δημάρχου Καρδίτσας και πρώην αντιπροέδρου του συλλόγου μας, το Δ. Σ.  της Λαϊκής Βιβλιοθήκης Καρδίτσας « Η ΑΘΗΝΑ» συνήλθε σε έκτακτη συνεδρίαση το απόγευμα τις 28/05/2013 και αποφάσισε τα παρακάτω:
Να εκφράσει τα συλλυπητήρια στην οικογένεια του θανόντα
Να παραστεί σύσσωμο στην κηδεία
Να κατατεθεί αντί στεφάνου χρηματικό ποσό στο Θεοδωρίδειο Κέντρο «Ορίζοντες» και
 Να δημοσιεύσει το παρόν ψήφισμα στον τοπικό τύπο.
