Το Δ/κό Συμβούλιο του Εμπορικού Συλλόγου Καρδίτσας συγκαλεί τα μέλη του σε ΓΕΝΙΚΗ ΣΥΝΕΛΕΥΣΗ στις 4/6/2013, ημέρα Τρίτη και ώρα 19:00μμ, στην αίθουσα του Επιμελητηρίου Καρδίτσας (Ηρ. Πολυτεχνείου 3, 3ος όρ.) με τα εξής θέματα:
1.ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΟΣ ΑΠΟΛΟΓΙΣΜΟΣ,
2. ΑΠΟΛΟΓΙΣΜΟΣ ΠΕΠΡΑΓΜΕΝΩΝ,
3. ΔΙΑΦΟΡΑ.
Εάν κατά την πρώτη σύγκληση δεν υπάρξει η απαιτούμενη απαρτία, η ΓΕΝΙΚΗ ΣΥΝΕΛΕΥΣΗ θα επαναληφθεί την Τρίτη, 11/6/2013 την ίδια ώρα και στον ίδιο χώρο.
Εάν και κατά τη δεύτερη σύγκληση δεν υπάρξει απαρτία, η ΣΥΝΕΛΕΥΣΗ θα πραγματοποιηθεί ΟΡΙΣΤΙΚΑ την Τρίτη, 18/6/2013 την ίδια ώρα και στον ίδιο χώρο.
Για την αποφυγή ταλαιπωρίας θεωρούμε σκόπιμο να ισχύσει κατά τα καθιερωμένα η απευθείας σύγκληση την ΤΡΙΤΗ 18/6/2013.
Η παρουσία όλων κρίνεται απαραίτητη.
