Ο ελληνικός λαός με την ψήφο του στις 25 Γενάρη έβαλε τέλος στις πολιτικές των μνημονίων, της λιτότητας, της αναξιοκρατίας και της υποταγής.
Επένδυσε στην ελπίδα να δει τη ζωή του ν’ αλλάζει. Έδωσε σαφή εντολή στήριξης του κυβερνητικού προγράμματος του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ.
Η διαδικασία συγκρότησης της κυβέρνησης με κορμό το ΣΥΡΙΖΑ. η σύνθεσή της και οι πρώτες δηλώσεις των υπουργών της, αποτελούν σαφή δέσμευση ότι δε θα διαψευσθούν οι ελπίδες του ελληνικού λαού.
Είμαι ευτυχής, που από τη θέση του υποψηφίου βουλευτή συνέβαλα σ’ αυτήν τη μεγάλη νίκη. Θέλω να ευχαριστήσω θερμά όλους όσους επέλεξαν το ψηφοδέλτιο του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και ιδιαιτέρως όλους όσους με τίμησαν προσωπικά με την ψήφο τους.
Ο «σοφός» λαός με προτιμά ως φαίνεται εκεί που με γνώρισε και με συνήθισε χρόνια τώρα: Στο δρόμο, στα κινήματα, στους αγώνες. ΕΚΕΙ ΘΑ ΕΙΜΑΙ.
Εύχομαι στους συντρόφους μου Νίκο, Σπύρο και Σούλα καλή επιτυχία στο έργο τους.
