πόφαση-βόμβα με την οποία 120.000 μηχανικοί ασφαλισμένοι στο ΕΤΑΑ-ΤΣΜΕΔΕ θα κληθούν να πληρώσουν αναδρομικά από τον Ιούλιο του 2011 αυξημένες εισφορές στο Ταμείο τους εξέδωσε το Συμβούλιο της Επικρατείας.

Η απόφαση δεν έχει ακόμη δημοσιευτεί επισήμως από το ΣτΕ αλλά ήδη, σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες, την έχει στα χέρια του το ΤΕΕ και έχει ανάψει φωτιά σε όλο τον κλάδο των μηχανικών γιατί ουσιαστικά τους υποχρεώνει να καταβάλουν αναδρομικά τις αυξημένες εισφορές που θεσπίστηκαν με το νόμο 3986/2011 καθώς το ανώτατο δικαστήριο έκρινε ότι είναι συνταγματικές, απορρίπτοντας την προσφυγή του ΤΕΕ που ζητούσε να μην ισχύουν οι νέες εισφορές λόγωαντισυνταγματικότητας!
