Το καταστατικό και το πρακτικό ίδρυσης υπέγραψαν τριάντα ένα (31) ιδρυτικά μέλη.
 
Εκλέχτηκε  προσωρινή διοίκηση αποτελούμενη από τους:
Τσαπραΐλη Αχιλλέα – Πρόεδρο
Μπαμπάτσικο Βασίλη – Γραμματέα
Γάτσια Κωνσταντίνο – Ταμία
Ράιο Γεώργιο – Μέλος
Κωτσιώρη Αποστόλη – Μέλος
Κραμποκούκη Ηλία – Μέλος
Μπούρμπουλα Αποστόλη – Μέλος
 
Η προσωρινή διοίκηση ανέλαβε να προβεί στις νόμιμες ενέργειες για την αναγνώριση του συλλόγου  από το αρμόδιο δικαστήριο και την καταχώρησή του στο αντίστοιχο μητρώο συλλόγων, καθώς και να προκηρύξει και να ενεργήσει τις πρώτες αρχαιρεσίες για την εκλογή διοικητικού συμβουλίου.
