Η Φώφη Γεννηματά είναι η νέα πρόεδρος του ΠΑΣΟΚ. Εξελέγη από τον πρώτο γύρο με ποσοστό άνω του 50%. Η καταμέτρηση συνεχιζόταν μέχρι αργά το βράδυ και τα τελικά επίσημα αποτελέσματα αναμένονται μετά τα μεσάνυχτα.

Όταν επισημοποιήθηκε το αποτέλεσμα, αργά το βράδυ, η Φώφη Γεννηματά δέχθηκε τα συγχαρητήρια του Ευάγγελου Βενιζέλου ο οποίος επικοινώνησε μαζί της και την συνεχάρη για την εκλογική νίκη της και την ανάδειξή της ως νέας Προέδρου του ΠΑΣΟΚ.

Ο Ευάγγελος Βενιζέλος επικοινώνησε επίσης με τον Ανδρέα Λοβέρδο και τον Οδυσσέα Κωνσταντινόπουλο, δίνοντάς τους συγχαρητήρια για το υψηλό επίπεδο του αγώνα που έδωσαν.

Ο Ευάγγελος Βενιζέλος αύριο στις 12.30 μ.μ. θα συναντηθεί με τη νέα πρόεδρο του ΠΑΣΟΚ παρουσία του Ανδρέα Λοβέρδου και του Οδυσσέα Κωνσταντινόπουλου.
