Ακραία καιρικά φαινόμενα εκδηλώθηκαν από χθες βράδυ σε όλη την Π.Ε Καρδίτσας δημιουργώντας προβλήματα κυρίως στην κυκλοφορία των οχημάτων.
 

Ειδικότερα αρκετά προβλήματα σημειώθηκαν σε περιοχές της Ανατολικής και της Δυτικής Αργιθέας, στην περιοχή Σαραντάπορο, στο οδικό κύκλωμα της λίμνης Πλαστήρα, στο δρόμο Καλής Κώμης – Ελληνικά κ.α. Σε όλες τις περιπτώσεις έχουν επέμβει μηχανήματα της Π.Ε. Καρδίτσας ενώ όπου απαιτείται μισθώθηκαν και μηχανήματα ιδιωτών, ώστε να αντιμετωπιστούν άμεσα τα προβλήματα που αφορούν κυρίως στους οδικούς άξονες. Οι παρεμβάσεις αφορούν σε απομάκρυνση φερτών υλικών από δρόμους καθώς και αντιμετώπιση καταπτώσεων. Όλος ο μηχανισμός της Π.Ε. Καρδίτσας με επικεφαλής τον αντιπεριφερειάρχη κ. Β. Τσιάκο και σε συνεννόηση με τον περιφερειάρχη κ. Αγοραστό βρίσκεται σε διαρκή επαγρύπνηση με στόχο να αντιμετωπιστούν τα προβλήματα που δημιουργεί η κακοκαιρία.
