Τα θέματα θα σχετίζονται με τον τοπικό πολιτισμό και οι ενδιαφερόμενοι θα πρέπει να υποβάλουν τα σχέδιά τους προς τη Δημοτική Κοινότητα Καρδίτσας 

 

    Ο Δήμος Καρδίτσας απευθύνει πρόσκληση προς τους γραφίστες της πόλης, με σκοπό τη δημιουργία ομάδων, οι οποίες θα αναλάβουν τη διακόσμηση της πόλης με γκράφιτι σε διάφορα σημεία, όπως στον πεζόδρομο προς το Μουσείο, στο Ζωολογικό κήπο, στις αποθήκες και στην αερογέφυρα του Σιδ. Σταθμού,στον Υδατόπυργο, και αλλού. 

    Τα θέματα μπορούν να είναι σχετικά με την αρχαία και σύγχρονη τοπική ιστορία, τα έθιμα και γενικά τον τοπικό πολιτισμό.
