Υπεγράφη από τον Υφυπουργό Κοινωνικών Ασφαλίσεων, Αναστάσιο Πετρόπουλο, εγκύκλιος με την οποία διευκρινίζεται το καθεστώς για όσους συνταξιοδοτούνται σύμφωνα με τις γενικές, ειδικές ή καταστατικές διατάξεις του πρώην ΟΓΑ. 


Η εγκύκλιος ορίζει ότι όλοι οι συνταξιούχοι του πρώην ΟΓΑ καθώς και όσοι θα συνταξιοδοτούνται με βάση τις διατάξεις αυτές, από την 1η Ιανουαρίου 2017 έως και την 31η Δεκεμβρίου 2024, και ασκούν αγροτική επαγγελματική δραστηριότητα για την οποία υφίσταται υποχρέωση ασφάλισης στον Ε.Φ.Κ.Α., θα συνεχίσουν να λαμβάνουν το σύνολο της σύνταξής τους. 
Υπενθυμίζεται ότι τα ανωτέρω ισχύουν και για όσους συνταξιοδοτούνται από την ισχύ του ν. 4387/2016 και μέχρι 31-12-2016, δεδομένου ότι ο υπολογισμός της σύνταξης στις περιπτώσεις αυτές γίνεται με βάση το προϊσχύον καθεστώς.
