Την Πέμπτη 8 Φεβρουαρίου 2018 επέλεξαν οι μαθητές της ΕΠΑ.Σ. Μαθητείας του Ο.Α.Ε.Δ. Καρδίτσας για την κοπή της πρωτοχρονιάτικης πίτας αλλά και για να τηρήσουν το έθιμο της Τσικνοπέμπτης.

Η εκδήλωση έγινε στο αμφιθέατρο της Σχολής με τη συμμετοχή των μαθητών, των εκπαιδευτικών και του λοιπού προσωπικού, ενώ η πρωτοχρονιάτικη πίτα ήταν δημιουργία του τμήματος Μαγειρικής Τέχνης που λειτουργεί στη Λάρισα.. Η Διευθύντρια της Σχολής κ. Ζώη Ευδοκία και ο Υποδιευθυντής κ. Κατέβας Παναγιώτης ευχήθηκαν στους μαθητές καλή χρονιά και καλή πρόοδο.
