Εθιμοτυπικές επισκέψεις πραγματοποίησε εν όψει της εορταστικής περιόδου των Χριστουγέννων ο αντιπεριφερειάρχης Καρδίτσας κ Β. Τσιάκος σε ιδρύματα της περιοχής μας.

Ειδικότερα  μαζί με τον Μητροπολίτη Θεσσαλιώτιδος και Φαναριοφερσάλων σεβ. Τιμόθεο και συνοδευόμενος από τον περιφερειακό σύμβουλο κ. Ορ. Ψαχούλα επισκέφθηκαν το Νοσοκομείο, το Γηροκομείο της Ιεράς Μητροπόλεως και το ΚΕΠΕΠ. Στις επισκέψεις τους συνάντησαν ασθενείς, τρόφιμους και προσωπικό των ιδρυμάτων και αντάλλαξαν ευχές για «Καλά Χριστούγεννα» και «Ευτυχές Νέο έτος».
