Το Δήμαρχο Καρδίτσας κ. Β. Τσιάκο επισκέφτηκε στο γραφείο του, ο διοικητής του Κέντρου Εκπαίδευσης Στρατονομίας  Συνταγματάρχης Πεζικού και Κων/νος Αθάνατος. Ο κ. Αθάνατος συζήτησε με το Δήμαρχο ζητήματα που έχουν σχέση με την λειτουργία του ΚΕΣΝ Ρούσσου και επιβεβαίωσε για μια ακόμη φορά τη εξαιρετική σχέση της Δημοτικής Αρχής με τη Διοίκηση του Κέντρου. Ο Δήμαρχος από την πλευρά του τον ευχαρίστησε για την επίσκεψη και υπογράμμισε ότι η Δημοτική Αρχή είναι πάντοτε δίπλα στη διοίκηση του ΚΕΣΝ και στηρίζει το έργο της. Στη επίσκεψη του στο δημαρχείο τον διοικητή συνόδευε ο κ. Ευάγγελος Λάππας.
