Η ηγεσία του Υπουργείου Υγείας σε καμία περίπτωση δεν υιοθετεί δημοσιεύματα στηριζόμενα σε ανώνυμες καταγγελίες και δεν είναι αρμόδια να αξιολογήσει τα παρατιθέμενα στοιχεία. Όμως, σε κάθε περίπτωση, επειδή τα όσα καταγγέλλονται στο δημοσίευμα της ως άνω αναφερόμενης εφημερίδας έχουν σχέση με την καταστρατήγηση του δημοσίου συμφέροντος και συμπίπτουν με πλήθος άλλων καταγγελιών και συμπερασμάτων σε πορίσματα κρατικών ελεγκτικών υπηρεσιών, τα οποία έχουν ήδη διαβιβαστεί στην Εισαγγελία και επειδή βρίσκονται σε εξέλιξη περαιτέρω έλεγχοι, τόσο του Σώματος Επιθεωρητών Υπηρεσιών Υγείας Πρόνοιας (ΣΕΥΥΠ), όσο και της Εισαγγελίας, η Ελληνική Δικαιοσύνη έχει χρέος απέναντι στους πολίτες της χώρας να εξετάσει τη γνησιότητα των στοιχείων, να διερευνήσει σε βάθος την υπόθεση και να απονείμει Δικαιοσύνη.
