Υπογράφηκε από την υφυπουργό Οικονομικών κ. Κατερίνα Παπανάτσιου και δημοσιεύτηκε στην Εφημερίδα της Κυβέρνησης απόφαση για την τροποποίηση της ΠΟΛ 1223/29.12.2017 (ΦΕΚ 2319 ΤΕΥΧΟΣ Β) που αφορά διαμόρφωση λύσεων ρύθμισης οφειλών προς το Δημόσιο, στο πλαίσιο του νόμου για τον εξωδικαστικό συμβιβασμό.
Με την απόφαση αυτή, δίνεται πλέον η δυνατότητα να ρυθμίζονται οφειλές ανεξαρτήτως του ύψους αυτών αντί του ορίου των 50.000 €, που ίσχυε έως σήμερα. Ιδιαίτερα για οφειλές έως 125.000€ χορηγούνται ρυθμίσεις με τα ίδια ακριβώς κριτήρια, που ισχύουν ήδη για οφειλές έως 50.000 € και με την ίδια απλοποιημένη διαδικασία.
Επίσης στη ρύθμιση υπάγονται πλέον οφειλές, που είχαν βεβαιωθεί έως και την 31η Δεκεμβρίου 2017, αντί της 31ης Δεκεμβρίου 2016.
