Εκτυπώσιμη μορφήΗ Frontex, ο Ευρωπαϊκός Οργανισμός Συνοριοφυλακής και Ακτοφυλακής, ανακοίνωσε σήμερα ότι αναθεώρησε το επίπεδο συναγερμού της σε «υψηλό» για τα ελληνοτουρκικά σύνορα, όπου χιλιάδες μετανάστες προσπαθούν να περάσουν στο έδαφος της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης.
«Αναθεωρήσαμε (…) το επίπεδο συναγερμού για όλα τα σύνορα με την Τουρκία σε υψηλό», ανέφερε μια εκπρόσωπος της υπηρεσίας αυτής σε ανακοίνωση που εξέδωσε στις Βρυξέλλες. «Λάβαμε αίτημα επιπρόσθετης βοηθειας από την Ελλάδα. Έχουμε ήδη λάβει μέτρα για να αναπτύξουμε τεχνικό εξοπλισμό και επιπρόσθετες δυνάμεις στην Ελλάδα», πρόσθεσε.
