Εκτυπώσιμη μορφήΣε εμφανές σημείο του λογαριασμού ρεύματος της ΔΕΗ θα βρίσκεται πλέον ο πενταψήφιος αριθμός εξυπηρέτησης της επιχείρησης, έπειτα από επιστολή της Υφυπουργού Υγείας Κατερίνας Παπακώστα.
Ειδικότερα, ύστερα από προφορική διαβεβαίωση της ΔΕΗ, η εταιρεία ανταποκρινόμενη στην υπ. αριθμόν 981/25.7.2014 επιστολή της υφυπουργού, για προστασία των ευάλωτων καταναλωτών και ιδίως των μηχανικώς υποστηριζόμενων, επεξεργάζεται ένα ευρύτερο σχέδιο για τα άτομα με αναπηρία, στο πλαίσιο του οποίου θα ενσωματωθεί σε εμφανές σημείο του λογαριασμού ρεύματος, ο πενταψήφιος αριθμός εξυπηρέτησης, με στόχο την ενημέρωση των ατόμων με αναπηρία και των οικογενειών τους.
Με τον τρόπο αυτό, θα δημιουργηθεί αξιόπιστο μητρώο στη ΔΕΗ, ευάλωτων πολιτών.
