Λίστα περίπου 12.000 δικαιούχων περιλαμβάνει η πρώτη πληρωμή του εγγυημένου εισοδήματος, η οποία προγραμματίζεται για σήμερα, αν και υπάρχει το ενδεχόμενο τα ποσά να πιστωθούν, μετά τα Χριστούγεννα.

Στην πρώτη πληρωμή περιλαμβάνονται δικαιούχοι οι οποίοι υπέβαλαν αίτηση από τις 15 Νοεμβρίου ως τα μέσα Δεκεμβρίου και, όπως προκύπτει από την επεξεργασία των αιτήσεων, το εγγυημένο εισόδημα παίρνει σε πρώτη φάση ένα στα τρία φτωχά νοικοκυριά.
