Απλουστεύεται, σύμφωνα με διάταξη του νόμου, η διαδικασία χορήγησης απαλλαγής από τέλη κυκλοφορίας σε οχήματα που εξυπηρετούν ανήλικα πρόσωπα με αναπηρίες.

Ειδικότερα, δεν είναι πλέον υποχρεωτική η έκδοση άδειας κυκλοφορίας στο όνομα του ανήλικου αναπήρου, για τη χορήγηση της ως άνω απαλλαγής, δεδομένου ότι το δικαίωμα αυτό μπορεί να παραχωρείται στους γονείς ή τον επίτροπο και ισχύει έως την ενηλικίωση του αναπήρου.
