«Χέρι» σε αγροτικές επιδοτήσεις έβαλαν τράπεζες και Δημόσιο με απευθείας κατασχέσεις σε τραπεζικούς λογαριασμούς, για ποσά που αντιστοιχούν σε ληξιπρόθεσμες οφειλές των δικαιούχων αγροτών.
Την ίδια ώρα, δεκάδες χιλιάδες κτηνοτρόφοι της χώρας που περίμεναν να πληρωθούν τις προκαταβολές των επιδοτήσεων, εμβρόντητοι αντίκρισαν άδειους λογαριασμούς, ενώ παρακράτηση ποσών από τις κοινοτικές ενισχύσεις έγινε και από τον εκκαθαριστή της Αγροτικής Τράπεζας σε μεγάλο αριθμό αγροτών, οφειλέτες της πρώην Αγροτικής, οι οποίοι βρίσκονται σήμερα σε καθεστώς εκκαθάρισης.
