Το εθιμο του Λαζαρου τηρήθηκε σήμερα στην Καρδίτσα με τις ‘’Λαζαρινες’’ να κατακλύζουν τους δρόμους της Καρδίτσας με τα στολισμένα καλαθάκια τους το τραγούδι τους.Ετσι λοιπον ανημερα του Λαζαρου και στην Καρδιτσα και τους κεντρικους δρομους οι Λαζαρινες με το τραγουδι τους μας εφεραν το μυνημα του Σαββατου του Λαζαρου.
