Ολοσχερώς κάηκε μια μικρή αποθήκη μονοκατοικίας στην πόλη της Καρδίτσας σήμερα το μεσημέρι, με τις ζημιές να φτάνουν τα 2.000 ευρώ περίπου.
Η πυρκαγιά προκλήθηκε λίγα λεπτά πριν τη 1 το μεσημέρι, πιθανότατα από βραχυκύκλωμα. Στο σημείο έσπευσε ισχυρή δύναμη της Πυροσβεστικής Υπηρεσίας Καρδίτσας και συνεργείο της ΔΕΗ, αλλά η φωτιά είχε ήδη εξαπλωθεί.
