Με την δέουσα λαμπρότητα θα γιορταστεί η μεγίστη εορτή των Θεοφανείων στο Δήμο Σοφάδων. 

Σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα την 6η Ιανουαρίου 2017, ημέρα Σάββατο και ώρα 11.15΄ θα τελεστεί επίσημη γιορτή κατάδυσης του Τιμίου Σταυρού στον Σοφαδίτη ποταμό από το ύψος των δύο γεφυρών.

Στις 12:15΄, μετά το πέρας της τελετής κατάδυσης του Τιμίου Σταυρού στον Σοφαδίτη Ποταμό, θα τελεστεί αγιασμός των υδάτων και γιορτή κατάδυσης στη γέφυρα του Φράγματος Σμοκόβου.
