Την προσεχή Τετάρτη θα διεξαχθεί τελικά η συνεδρίαση της επιτροπής Θεσμών και Διαφάνειας της Βουλής όπου και θα κληθούν να καταθέσουν, ο διοικητής της ΕΥΠ, Θεμιστοκλής Δεμίρης και ο εισαγγελέας του Αρείου Πάγου, Κωνσταντίνος Τζαβέλλας για την υπόθεση των υποκλοπών.

Σύμφωνα με τον προγραμματισμό, αρχικά η επιτροπή θα ακούσει τον κ. Δεμίρη, παρουσία του υπουργού Επικρατείας, Άκη Σκέρτσου για τον ρόλο της Εθνικής Υπηρεσίας Υπηρεσιών στην υπόθεση των υποκλοπών.

Ωστόσο, ακολουθώντας την πάγια τακτική επί ΝΔ, η συνεδρίαση θα είναι κλειστή και θα μείνει μακριά από τα φώτα της δημοσιότητας λόγω της εμπλοκής ζητημάτων εθνικής ασφάλειας.
