Οπως σημειώνει ο αναλυτής του οίκου, Hans Redeker, η πολιτική που ακολουθείται για την Κύπρο, θα κάνει τον κόσμο να γίνεται όλο πιο νευρικός και αρνητικός στο να χρηματοδοτήσει την ευρω-περιφέρεια, προσφέροντας τις καταθέσεις του στην περιοχή. Η μακροπρόθεσμη επίπτωση είναι ότι η νομισματική μετάβαση στην Ευρώπη δεν λειτουργεί, δεν υπάρχει πίστωση, δεν υπάρχει ανάπτυξη, και η δημοσιονομική πολιτική εξακολουθεί να είναι κατακερματισμένη. Έτσι, ως εκ τούτου, οι προοπτικές της ζώνης του ευρώ είναι εξαιρετικά απαισιόδοξες, όπως προσθέτει ο αναλυτής.

 

Μέσα σε 2 1/2 έτη περίπου, το ευρώ θα μπορούσε να βρεθεί πολύ κοντά στην απόλυτη ισοτιμία με το δολάριο, οπότε ο κίνδυνος μιας κατάρρευσης είναι πολύ σοβαρός, όπως καταλήγει ο αναλυτής της Morgan Stanley.

 

Aξίζει σε αυτό το σημείο να σημειώσουμε πως ο διεθνής οίκος πρόσφατα γύρισε σε bullish την στάση του για το δολάριο ΗΠΑ.
