 Η Παγκόσμια Ημέρα Παιδικού Βιβλίου γιορτάζεται κάθε χρόνο στις 2 Απριλίου, την ημέρα που γεννήθηκε ο μεγάλος Δανός παραμυθάς Χανς Κρίστιαν Άντερσεν.

Το βιβλιοπωλείο « Ο ΧΡΥΣΟΣ ΣΚΑΡΑΒΑΙΟΣ» συναντά τον παιδικό σταθμό «ΜΑΓΙΚΕΣ ΠΑΤΟΥΣΕΣ» και τιμούν την ημέρα διαβάζοντας, παίζοντας, δημιουργώντας με τα παιδιά. Οι μικροί βιβλιοφάγοι μέσα από αυτή την δημιουργική απασχόληση έμαθαν την αξία των βιβλίων και της ανάγνωσης και ξεκινούν από σήμερα κιόλας τη διάδοση της παιδικής λογοτεχνίας.
