Από τη Δημοτική αρχή γίνεται γνωστό ότι για λόγους προστασίας του κοινού αλλά και των  υπαλλήλων από τον κορωνοιό, η προσέλευση όσων έχουν επείγουσα ανάγκη συναλλαγών με τις δημοτικές υπηρεσίες, θα γίνεται μόνο μετά από  τηλεφωνικό ραντεβού. Οι δημότες μπορούν να βρίσκουν το τηλέφωνο του αρμόδιου τμήματος ή και υπαλλήλου στην ιστοσελίδα του Δήμου στο https://dimoskarditsas.gov.gr/tilefonikos-katalogos-dimou/ . Επίσης μπορούν να καλούν στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο 2441350700 για να παίρνουν πληροφορίες. Τέλος διευκρινίζεται ότι με βάση τις σχετικές αποφάσεις του Υπουργείου Εσωτερικών που εφαρμόζονται υποχρεωτικά, ως μέτρο προστασίας από τον κορωνοιό, στις δημοτικές υπηρεσίες εφαρμόζεται υποχρεωτικά η τηλεργασία σε ποσοστό 50% επι του υπάρχοντος προσωπικού.
