Ανοικτό ενδεχόμενο για επιστράτευση των εργαζομένων στη ΔΕΗ εάν κατεβάσουν τους διακόπτες εν μέσω θέρους και τουριστικής περιόδου, άφησε η κυβερνητική εκπρόσωπος, Σοφία Βούλτεψη, μιλώντας στον ΣΚΑΙ.

«Σε στρατηγικές αποφάσεις της κυβέρνησης δεν μπορεί ο συνδικαλισμός να παρεμβαίνει... Δεν είναι δική τους η ΔΕΗ και το ρεύμα, δεν έχουν δικαίωμα να κατεβάζουν διακόπτες, αποτελεί σαμποτάζ κατά του κράτους (σ.σ. το μπλακ άουτ)... Είκοσι εκατομμύρια τουρίστες να έρθουν και να μην έχουν κλιματισμό; Δεν θα κυβερνήσουν οι συνδικαλιστές, δεν θα γίνει όμηρος η χώρα. Η κυβέρνηση θα πάρει όλα τα μέτρα για να μη συμβεί αυτό» διαμήνυσε η κ. Βούλτεψη.
Διαβεβαίωσε, παράλληλα, ότι θα υπάρξουν βελτιώσεις στο νομοσχέδιο που κατατίθεται την Τετάρτη στη Βουλή. Πρόσθεσε ότι τα χρήματα από την ιδιωτικοποίηση μέρους της ΔΕΗ θα χρησιμοποιηθούν από την επιχείρηση για τον εκσυγχρονισμό και την ανάπτυξη της στη Ν.Α. Ευρώπη.
