Ποσό περίπου στα 350 εκατ. ευρώ υπολογίζει να εισπράξει το υπουργείο Οικονομικών από το χαράτσι, κάτι που αφορά ποσά που δεν είχαν βεβαιωθεί καθόλου ή είχαν βεβαιωθεί σε λανθασμένο όνομα ή οι φορολογούμενοι δεν είχαν πληρώσει εμπρόθεσμα το λογαριασμό του ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος με αποτέλεσμα κάποια δόση του χαρατσιού να μεταφερθεί στην εφορία.

Αυτό αφορά περισσότερο από 1 εκατομμύριο ακίνητα, με τους ιδιοκτήτες τους να λαμβάνουν ενημερωτικό email από την Γενική Γραμματεία Δημόσιων Εσόδων, ενώ και στο Taxisnet θα υπάρχει σχετική πληροφόρηση.

Έτσι, αναμένεται να ενημερωθούν άμεσα για να πληρώσουν (διορία μέχρι τέλος Απριλίου) αναδρομικά το χαράτσι για το 2013:
