 Ο Δήμος Παλαμά ανοίγει τα κοινοτικά καταστήματα όλων των  Τ.Κ. για να μπορούν να φιλοξενηθούν οι δημότες που δεν έχουν δυνατότητα θέρμανσης στα σπίτια τους. Στη Δημοτική Κοινότητα Παλαμά ο χώρος φιλοξενίας θα είναι στο Κέντρο Πολλαπλών Χρήσεων. Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι μπορούν να επικοινωνήσουν με τους κατά τόπους προέδρους οι οποίοι και θα αναλάβουν την μεταφορά τους στους χώρους φιλοξενίας. Μπορούν ακόμη να επικοινωνήσουν και με τους τέσσερις αντιδημάρχους στα πιο κάτω τηλέφωνα:
