O Σεβασμιώτατος Μητροπολίτης μας κ. Τιμόθεος, το Σάββατο 19 Αυγούστου, χοροστάτησε στην ακολουθία του Όρθρου και τέλεσε την Θεία Λειτουργία στον Ιερό Ναό Αγίου Νικολάου Γεωργικού. Κατά τη διάρκεια της Θείας Λειτουργίας τέλεσε την εις Διάκονον χειροτονία του κ. Ευκλείδη Τζέλλου.

Η τοπική μας Εκκλησία απέκτησε έναν ακόμη νέο στην ηλικία Διάκονο τον π. Ευκλείδη Τζέλλο, ο οποίος προστίθεται στον έγγαμο Κλήρο της Ιεράς μας Μητροπόλεως ως άμισθος Κληρικός. 

Στην ομιλία του ο Σεβασμιώτατος ανεφέρθη στην ευαγγελική περικοπή από το κατά Ματθαίον άγιον ευαγγέλιον. Παράλληλα, απηύθυνε προς τον νεοχειροτονούμενο πατρικούς λόγους και πνευματικές νουθεσίες ως εφόδιο στην διακονία, που αναλαμβάνει.
