Τιμή αποτέλεσε για την Καρδίτσα η παρουσία δυο Μητροπολιτών με καταγωγή από την Καρδίτσα. Ο Μητροπολίτης Καστοριάς Σεραφείμ και ο μητροπολιτης Κυθήρων και Αντικυθήρων Σεραφείμ  παρευρέθησαν και συλλειτούργησαν στις λατρευτικές εκδηλώσεις της Τίμιας Κάρας  φωτο μαζι με τον Μητροπολίτη Πειραιώς και Φαλήρου Σεραφείμ ο Καστοριας Σεραφειμ-στην μεταφορα της Τιμιας Καρας ο Κυθηρων και Αντικυθηρων Σεραφειμ.
