Μια σημαντική πρωτοβουλία αλληλεγγύης προς τους πρόσφυγες υλοποίησε την Παρασκευή 26/2 το Μουσικό Σχολείο Καρδίτσας. 

    Οι μαθητές του σχολείου, σε συνεργασία με τους καθηγητές και το Σύλλογο Γονέων και Κηδεμόνων αποφάσισαν να διαθέσουν το γεύμα της ημέρας στους πρόσφυγες που παρέμεναν στο Ν. Μοναστήρι Φθιώτιδος.

Αντιπροσωπεία των μαθητών, συνοδευόμενη από τον Δ/ντη και τον Υποδ/ντη του σχολείου, καθηγητές και γονείς επισκέφθηκαν το χώρο παραμονής των προσφύγων και έκαναν πράξη την απόφασή τους. 

    Τη δράση αλληλεγγύης του σχολείου υποστήριξε και πλαισίωσε ο Δήμος Καρδίτσας.  

    Η Αντιδήμαρχος Εθελοντισμού, Ειδικών Πληθυσμιακών – Κοινωνικών Ομάδων & Αλληλεγγύης,  κ. Ελ. Αντωνίου μαζί με ομάδα εθελοντριών βοήθησαν στην διανομή των γευμάτων, ενώ εργαζόμενες του Προγράμματος “Βοήθεια στο Σπίτι” παρείχαν κοινωνικές υπηρεσίες και ιατροφαρμακευτικό υλικό σε οκογένειες προσφύγων.
