Ο Δήμος Καρδίτσας θέλοντας να ενισχύσει την προσπάθεια για δημιουργία εορταστικού κλίματος στην πόλη την περίοδο που διανύουμε, σκοπεύει να βραβεύσει το καλύτερα στολισμένο κατάστημα και την καλύτερα στολισμένη βιτρίνα. 

Ως βραβείο θα δοθεί δωρεάν διαφήμιση στα διαφημιστικά πλαίσια του Δήμου. 

Η αξιολόγηση και η επιλογή του καταστήματος με την καλύτερη εορταστική διακόσμηση θα γίνει από 5μελή Επιτροπή που θα συγκροτηθεί με τη συμμετοχή εκπροσώπων του Δήμου, του Επιμελητηρίου, του Εμπορικού Συλλόγου Καρδίτσας, του Εργατικού Κέντρου και αρχιτέκτονα.
