Στη σύσκεψη που πραγματοποιήθηκε την Κυριακή 8 Δεκεμβρίου 2013 στο Επιμελητήριο Δράμας η σύσκεψη  με θέμα «Δάνεια επιχειρήσεων», αποφασίστηκε η αποστολή της συνημμένης επιστολής
